Cancellation policy

Credit card details may be required to secure an appointment when you use Beauty at The Village for the first time. Clients who wish to change, or cancel appointments are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice, or the full cost of the appointment may be charged. 

How to make the most of your visit

We ask you to always allow enough time for your experience at Beauty at The Village and to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows us to record your current spa needs and details, offer you refreshments and an opportunity to relax. Please note that as courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to; late appointments may not be honoured. Timings are approximate based on the total length of appointment not the actual treatment duration.

If you have a medical condition that may contraindicate your treatment, please speak to your GP prior to booking.

Please note - mobile phones must be switched off at all times. Children are not permitted in the spa rooms or waiting area. Gift Vouchers expire six months from date of issue and are non refundable; when redeeming any voucher the full value must be used as part credit will not be refunded.
