”Sports Therapy” uses the principles of sport
and exercise sciences incorporating physiological and pathological
processes to prepare the client for training, competition
and work. We use a variation of remedial, sports massage and
joint manipulation techniques during treatments.
Sports Therapy is not just for sport as it can also be used
to ease muscle tension, assist in relaxation and promote flexibility.
