Aqua Aerobics
All fitness levels
Water based exercise that increases circulation and muscle tone by using the natural resistance created by water and also the using of sponge tubes. Toning exercises use the woggles for resistance and support, fun exercise suitable for those less water confident, for larger figures or with joint problems.

Body conditioning
All fitness levels
Working on both Cardio Vascular and muscle strength, body conditioning strengthens the heart and lungs and targets all major muscle groups from top to toe.

Stability Ball
All fitness levels
Stability Ball class is held the second Wednesday of the month.
A class that incorporates core stability, balance and strength. Strength exercise devised with the body in mind using stability balls to engage core stability.

Body conditioning

Body Conditioning class is held the third Wednesday of the month.
Working on both Cardio Vascular and muscle strength, body conditioning strengthens the heart and lungs and targets all major muscle groups from top to toe.

Intermediate to advanced fitness levels
Using stability and vision combined with the traditional and plyometric fitness movements involving hi impact and propulsion moves to increase stamina. It trains the mind body and spirit, improves balance, co-ordination and strength.

Pilates
All fitness levels
Pilates class is held the fourth Wednesday of the month.
Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination-both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates programme

Back to basics with an aerobics class that challenges your cardio vascular, co-ordination and strength. A great workout and a good laugh!
