Over 75% of back problems are caused by strain and sprains
and 60% of these could be avoided, core strength is very important
and the back programme analysis peoples back strength and
a specific programme is written to help strengthen the major
muscle groups. This is in intense programme and is monitored
by our professional staff every fortnight.
Rehabilitation
People are always getting injured, the problem is that you
receive physiotherapy to get you to a level and then they
release you and you are left to your own devices. The rehabilitation
programme helps clients progress back to normal life and exercising
properly. The programme is 1-1 and staff monitor your progress
weekly until they are satisfied.
