Neal Training Ltd are pleased to announce the opening of their NEW Strength & Conditioning Room at The Lifestyle Centre based at Ashridge Business School.

The new Strength and Conditioning Room complements the existing resistance facilities available at the centre and will provide a platform for members to take their resistance training to new levels.

Resistance training has proven to have many health benefits and should form an important part of all gym users’ fitness regimes whether they are young, old, male or female.
