1-2-1 Pilates Sessions now offered at Personal Fitness at Lords.
The Pilates method involves a series of specific exercises that concentrate on building core strength, improving posture and developing flexibility and muscle tone. Our Stott Pilates Instructor Louise will design a personalised programme for you taking into account your goals whilst relieving any aches and pains you may have. The sessions primarily use body weight to add resistance which means the exercises can easily be practised at home too!
Louise also offers Pilates based PT sessions in which Pilates exercises are incorporated into a challenging total body workout which will boost your fitness, strength and stamina whilst maintaining the poise and grace that a Pilates workout ultimately achieves.
