Strike is a dynamic and powerful combination of martial arts techniques that is ideal for one to one and group sessions. Using a variety of equipment to help you develop speed, power and technique for a variety of kicks and punches, you will also learn to coordinate hands and feet as you hit the pads.You can create exciting combinations for a great workout whilst losing Weight!
 
Pad work and boxing training is also a great way to learn a new skill as well as a great form of self defense. It's a great option for an overall body workout with a lot of lactic burn as you intensify your workout. You also get rid of lots of aggressive feelings that we build-up due to daily stresses of life and work.
 
For variation, a lot of clients like to try boxing training as they enjoy the one to one feel that close pad work brings… why not try this with a half hour session for just £20!
