Free Functional Fitness Sessions

Throughout Febraury all Neal Training health clubs are offering four free 1-2-1 functional training sessions to any new members. Functional fitness exercises are designed to make every day tasks a lot easier and simpler through strengthening the core muscles required to perform these tasks. Functional fitness trains your muscles to work together to make such tasks as carrying groceries, lifting children and mowing the lawn that much easier. Using a variety of different exercise tools such as stability balls, kettlebells, medicine balls and cable machines to make your workouts more fun and interesting whilst at the same time reducing the risk of injury and improving your quality of life.
