Delivery Policy

Standard delivery is FREE on all orders and will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

• If you select next day delivery, this is  available Monday to Friday when ordered by 4pm the previous day.

• Please note that in the event of industrial action by Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

• Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel or collect if from your local Royal Mail depot.  Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for any  items which are not collected from the Royal Mail.

• All items are packed and marked fragile to ensure safe transit.  If your goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition you must refuse to sign the confirmation receipt that the courier will present to you.
